H&M x Wang Collaboration

It's finally here! The H&M x Alexander Wang collection that everyone has been so anxious for. Last year in April, Wang confirmed the collection at Coachella. On October 16, 2014 the official Wang x H&M has been revealed.

Hennes & Mauritz also known as H&M, a global international Swedish clothing company. H&M is a very popular clothing company, which exists in 53 countries. Originated in Sweden in 1947, Erling Persson is the founder of H&M. Although the collaboration of Alexander Wang came as a shock to others, I was the least bit astonished. This isn't H&Ms first High End collaboration, three years prior H&M announced the collaboration of Versace x H&M. In April of 2014, the announcement of H&M x Wang caused tons of fashionistas worldwide to become highly anticipated. Not only, will this collaboration expand the popularity of H&M it also attracts more customers.

Alexander Wang, an American Fashion designer and creative director of Balenciaga. For someone so young, Wang has achieved a lot in his life and especially when it comes to the runway. Wang became a part of the fashion world in 2005, attending Parson school for design. Alexander is a very talented designer and one of the most creative designer I've ever seen. Alexander Wang collections are very Modern but edgy designs. Wang knows how to make something so eerie become appealing.

I believe this collaboration will be a success, because Wang's edginess and mystique makes a design stand out. Here's a preview of the approaching collaboration.

This H&M x Wang collection consists of Dark edgy designs. This collection is very versaSTYLE, I love the fact that there are different items for every gender. There are some pieces that are appealing to me and others are not. Moreover, this collection is exactly what I expected. If I had two words to describe this collaboration it would be Mystique and prodigious. On November 6, 2014 H&M x Wang will be available in selected stores world wide. Coming to a store near you!
